Dimmesdale
Chillingworth
Morality is most definitely faced through multiple characters in The Scarlet Letter. In fact, Chillingworth and Dimmesdale seem to be stuck in the moral faze of the American Experience. It is against Dimmesdale's morals, as a pastor, to bring himself to confess to adultery, as well as Chillingworth cannot get past bringing the truth to the surface, no matter what dirty tricks he needs to play.
